MAINTENANCE PROGRAMMES

We provide a pre-planned maintenance (PPM) program in which we service your entire foul & surface water drainage systems on a 3, 4 or 6 monthly basis depending on the input capacity.

Our PPM schedules help to prolong equipment lifespan, improve plant efficiencies and de-crease any down-time on facilities in production that prove costly.

We will schedule our pre-planned drain maintenance programmes to fit your requirements, whether it's weekly, monthly or annually.

BEFORE PPM: No PPM schedule in place with heavy build-up of deposits around pumps and tank surround. Pumps are at high risk of burning out as floats not able to function correctly.

WITH PPM: All deposits removed, pumps taken out and serviced, all controls tested and run to ensure full functionality. Pumps running at full capacity and no risk of burning out.

NC1-3 CONFINED SPACE ENTRY

A confined space is a place which is substantially enclosed (though not always entirely), and where serious injury can occur from hazardous substances or conditions. Our highly-skilled engineers are equipped to carry out NC1-3 entry operations using calibrated equipment such as gas-detectors, a fall-arrest winch, harness and tripod.
